Shipping Information
Once you have submitted your online order, we will ship your order within 24 hours. We will also e-mail you a shipping confirmation and tracking information. All online orders are shipped via FedEx and can be tracked on FedEx.com. Packages typically arrive in two to five business days.
How to Order
Ordering from IrisMika is simple, safe and secure.
Step 1: Add records to your shopping cart.
You can find records by using the search feature or by browsing artists by name. Once you locate a record that you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" or "Add Doubles to Cart" button to add the record to your shopping cart.
Step 2: Proceed to the checkout.
Once you are done shopping, go to your shopping cart and click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will take you to a secure online form. Fill out and submit all of the required fields; double check to make sure all of the information you enter is correct.
Step 3: You're done!
Once you have submitted your order, IrisMika will send an order confirmation to your e-mail address. IrisMika will ship your order within 24 hours and e-mail you a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Records typically arrive in two to five business days.
Return Policy
Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, and IrisMika will issue a refund equal to the value of the returned products.
International Customers
Customers outside the Continental US need to contact us to place an order.
